Terms and Conditions

Warranty -

One Year warranty on all products (except cartridges) - Please Pack the items to be returned securely using the original packaging material, enclose the following: a) your original bill of sale, b) name, address, contact telephone/fax numbers, c) email address and d) reason for returning the item.

Refund -

We do not accept opened, used or damaged product (we do not offer refund on cartridges). Sale products must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Please note that shipping cost will not be subject for refund and you responsible for shipping the product back to us. We are not responsible for return package that are lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements in Clear vapors sole distraction.
