You can order from Clear Vapors Cigarette, LLC. with a money order (US and Canada only), a major credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal), or with a Clear Vapors Cigarette Gift Certificate. All transactions are made in U.S Dollars.

Should you choose to pay with a money order, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on where to mail your money order. To pay by money order you must go through the shopping cart.

We use a THAWTE VERIFIED SECURE SHOPPING CART so you can be sure that your order information and credit card details are secure.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're product arrives damaged or you have purchased the wrong size clothing, we'll happily provide you a refund or exchange (minus the shipping amount) within the first 30 days of the date you place your order.

When entering your credit card information, make sure that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.

SHIPPING INFO:

We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and most countries internationally. Shipping takes 7-15 days for all orders in the US and an additional 3 days to International destinations. Packages in the U.S. are sent via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the address you supply. We are unable to grant requests to send our packages via UPS or Fed Ex, even if you want to use your own account.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES - DOMESTIC:

USA: Shipping prices depend upon what your zip code is and the weight of your order (USPS priority mail has changed their entire pricing scheme and the pricing depends upon what zone your city falls in and how far it is from our facility in Orlando, Florida).

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES - INTERNATIONAL:

Canada/International: Prices vary depending upon what zone you are in according to the USPS Letter Post zoning chart. Calculations are made in the shopping cart when ordering based on total weight of order.

To calculate your total cost, you'll have to proceed through the shopping cart (to the page before you enter your credit card details). Choose the products you would like and enter your shipping info and you will see the total for shipping and the products combined before you are actually charged. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.

Note: Certain countries charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. Please contact your local customs office or branch office of the U.S. Postal service to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order before placing your order.

We are required to put your full invoice amount on the "Customs Form" and on the packing slip within your package (so... if your order is $72, we put $72 on the form and in the box).

DESIGNATING YOUR PACKAGE AS A "GIFT":

You may declare your package as a "gift" by clicking the "gift" check box before you order. If you check this box, the recipient (whomever the package is delivered to, even if it's just yourself) may be charged considerably less in taxes or may not be taxed at all.

However, you should check with your local customs office to find out what qualifies a package to be classified as a gift, and how it affects the charges you will incur locally such as taxes, duties, or other tariffs. Misuse of the "gift" designation may result in your package being delayed at customs, or even returned to us.

*SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT "GIFTS" FOR UK AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

There is no point in checking gift. If you do, there will not be prices on the invoice, but we are required to put the total invoice amount on the customs form, by your country's customs office and the $3 per item rule does not apply.

Rush shipping is dependent upon product availability and workload. Please contact us directly by phone to determine if we can rush your order. RETURN POLICY:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If anything has been damaged upon shipping your purchase will be refunded, (minus the shipping amount) within the first 30 days of the date you place your order.

What You Can Return -

Clear Vapors Cigarette, LLC. unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship.

If you are not satisfied with the quality or color, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase.

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return.

HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN:

If you would like to return merchandise purchased at our online store please follow these instructions.

- Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned at our retail stores.

- Place the items you wish to return in a box

- You must include a copy of the invoice o Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction

The sender is responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to your billing address.
